George Mason Vs. Bucknell Final Score: Patriots End Bison's Winning Streak

The George Mason Patriots ended November on a high note, knocking off the Bucknell Bisons 61-57, ending the Bisons five game winning streak. George Mason jumped out to an early 14-6 lead and and took a 32-25 lead into halftime. The Bisons battled back however and wouldn't surrender their winning streak easily.

Bucknell battled back in the second half, actually taking a lead for a short while in the game. The Patriots persevered however, retaking the lead in the last three minutes of the game. A late Byron Allen layup put the Patriots up three over Bucknell and George Mason held on for the victory. George Mason got 16 points and 6 rebounds from Ryan Pearson and another 14 points from Sherrod Wright.

Cameron Ayers of Bucknell put up 23 points in the game, but it wasn't enough to hold off the late surge by the Patriots.
