It looks like Navy football starting quarterback Kriss Proctor will be back in the lineup for the Midshipmen when they take on Troy on Senior Day in Annapolis at 3:30 p.m. Proctor, who missed Navy's last game against Notre Dame with an elbow injury, will start barring a setback in pregame warmups, reports Navy's radio play-by-play announcer Pete Medhurst.
Proctor suffered the injury in a loss to East Carolina two weeks ago. In his absence, Trey Miller started at quarterback and had his issues in a 56-14 loss to Notre Dame last week. Miller did lead a comeback effort against East Carolina that fell short.
Proctor has thrown for 557 yards and rushed for 591 yards for the Midshipmen this season, his first as a full-time starter after replacing the graduated Ricky Dobbs.
