Redskins Vs. Giants: Washington Goes For Season Sweep Of Division Rival

The Washington Redskins can help dash the potential Division title hopes of the New York Giants when they head up to New Jersey this weekend.

The Washington Redskins will face the New York Giants this weekend in what will be their third to last game of the year. The game starts at 1 pm and can be seen on Fox.

It wasn't so long ago that the Redskins and the Giants squared off in the first game of the year, a game the Redskins were able to escape that game with a win. Expectations for the team were pretty high coming off that win, but now with just three games left the season has gone downhill almost consistently since then.

The Giants, meanwhile, are in the driver's seat in the NFC East. If they win out the rest of their games then they can win the Division, but the Cowboys are nipping on their heels, and even one loss could cost them the division and potentially a playoff spot. The Redskins might not have a chance at the Postseason, but they can ruin the Giants' hopes this weekend, and wouldn't that be fun?
