New Hampshire of the Colonial Athletic Association (8-3) heads to Bozeman, Montana Saturday to face the Montana State Bobcats (9-2) of the Big Sky in the second round of the 2011 FCS Playoffs. The Wildcats will be looking to hand Montana State their first home loss of the season.
The Wildcats are lead by quarterback and CAA Offensive Player of the Year Kevin Decker, and as an offense gain 444.1 yards per game and score 33.6 points per game. However, New Hampshire will not run away from Montana State. The Bobcats are also an offensive force to be reckoned with, gaining 440.4 yards per game and scoring 34.2 points per game.
The Bobcats are looking for their second FCS championship, having won it all in 1984. New Hampshire is making an eighth consecutive playoff appearance, and is 6-1 in their past seven postseason openers.
