Providence Vs. Georgetown Score Update: Hoyas Lead 27-19 At Halftime

The Georgetown Hoyas lead the Providence Friars 27-19 at halftime, coming off their upset victory over the Louisville Cardinals. Jason Clark picked up 9 points in the first half, leading the way for the Hoyas also picking up four rebounds. Georgetown took an early 17-3 lead over Providence and held onto the lead for most of the first period.

Providence was able to battle back and get the game closer, but Georgetown is just hitting too many of their shots and forcing the Friars to make poor shot choices. Forward LaDontae Henton is having a nice first half, picking up 10 points a nine rebounds.
