2011 National Signing Day: Dominique Terrell Chooses Virginia

Virginia continues to add to its impressive recruiting class on National Signing Day, nabbing Dominique Terrell, an athlete from Manassas. Terrell, the No. 204 overall recruit and the No. 5 recruit in the state of Virginia, decided on the Cavaliers over Miami and West Virginia.

It remains unclear exactly where Terrell will play for the Cavaliers. He played both running back and quarterback for Osbourn High School last year, racking up 2,070 rushing yards, 1,419 passing yards and a combined 45 touchdowns. He won the Area Offensive Player of the year last season, and is a four-star recruit according to Rivals.

Terrell is the second highly-ranked athlete to sign with Virginia today. Earlier today, the team secured a commitment from Darius Jennings, a four-star recruit from Baltimore who is expected to be a wide receiver. Not bad for one of Mike London's first recruiting classes.
