WASHINGTON, D.C. - Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder make their only trip to the Verizon Center to take on John Wall and the Wizards on Monday night. Tip time is a 7 p.m.
The Wizards are coming off a blowout loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, their third blowout loss in the last six games. Andray Blatche, Rashard Lewis and Cartier Martin all will not play once again. The Wizards are 0-10 in games when Blatche does not play.
For the Thunder, center Kendrick Perkins will play in his first game since coming over in a trade deadline deal from the Boston Celtics. Thunder coach Scott Brooks said he will start, and will have no minutes restriction. Perkins had been sidelined for the past couple weeks with a strained MCL, an injury that he initially suffered with the Boston Celtics. The Thunder had been playing Nazr Mohammed at center with him sidelined.
