Donovan McNabb Will Be College Basketball Analyst For CSN During NCAA Tournament

While Donovan McNabb was a quarterback at Syracuse, he was also a guard on their basketball team that made it to the NIT in 1996-97. That year, he scored 36 points over 13 games, including 3 in the Orange's blowout loss to Florida St. in the first round of the NIT.

He didn't make a tremendous impact on that particular team, or the College Basketball landscape as a whole. So I was a little bit surprised to see this.

I can think of literally thousands of people that would be more qualified to help analyze the NCAA Tournament than Donovan will be, but he should help CSN draw in some viewers. Which I'm assuming was their goal more so than cogent analysis; so mission accomplished, I guess.
