Missouri Vs. Cincinnati Score Update: Bearcats Lead Tigers 39-28

The Cincinnati Bearcats are doing their best to avoid being the first upset victim at Verizon Center as they hold a 39-28 lead over the Missouri Tigers.

Cashmere Wright has nine points to lead the Bearcats. Dion Dixon has eight points, while Yancy Gates has six points. For the Tigers, Michael Dixon has nine points.

Missouri got off to a hot start and held an early 9-2 advantage. The Bearcats responded with five straight points, but the Tigers restored their seven-point lead at 14-7. Once again, the Bearcats scored five straight points, but then took the lead and held it for the rest of the half.

The Bearcats are shooting 46 percent from the field, but the Tigers are only shooting 29 percent with nine total field goals. The first three games at Verizon Center ended with the higher seed prevailing. With 20 minutes left, Cincinnati will do its best to make it a perfect day for the favorites.
