Wizards Vs. Timberwolves: Washington Looks To End 7-Game Losing Streak

Could the Wizards end their seven-game losing streak tonight, leading the Timberwolves by a score of 51-49 at the half. The Wizards shot miserably in the first quarter, but turned that around in the second quarter to stake themselves to a slim lead.

Andray Blatche leads all scoters with 14 points and has six rebounds and five assists -- on pace for a triple double. But Minnesota's front court has been a problem on the other end. Kevin Love, Michael Beasley and Nikola Pekovic have combined for 31 points.

The teams have played pretty evenly, each winning one quarter in the first half. One area of separation is the turnover advantage, where the Wizards are +4. That helped offset a slight rebounding advantage for the Timberwolves.

Jordan Crawford has continued to struggle a bit in his star, following up a 1-for-5 first quarter with a 1-for-3 effort in the second.
