The Wizards will try to earn their second win this season against the Cavaliers without John Wall on Friday night. Wall will miss the contest because of a one-game suspension, which he received for punching Zydrunas Ilgaukas during Wednesday night's loss to the Heat.
Of course, if Wall had to miss a game, this isn't a bad one to sit out. Cleveland is the worst team in the NBA. They also provided the the first road win of the season for Washington at a time when they were threatening the NBA record for most consecutive road losses to start a season. So, this should be a manageable game at least.
With Wall out, the Wizards will rely heavily on Jordan Crawford, who has bloomed since arriving in D.C. at the trade deadline from Atlanta. Crawford had a career-high 39 points in Wednesday's loss against the Heat.
