TV Schedule, May 28: Padres Vs. Nationals, Maryland Men's Lacrosse Vs. Duke, Champions League Final

What to watch for on this Memorial Day Saturday, when you've stepped away from the grill and headed inside to soak up some much needed air conditioning...

MLB Baseball

San Diego Padres vs. Washington Nationals: It sure looks like the Nats are happy to be home. After losing seven out of eight on their recent road trip, Washington received a strong starting pitching performance from John Lannan and a walk-off home run from Michael Morse to defeat the Padres Friday evening at Nats Park. Morse will look to homer in his fifth straight game Saturday against San Diego starter Tom Stauffer. Jordan Zimmerman takes the hill for the Nationals. (1:05 P.M., MASN)

NCAA Men's Lacrosse Final Four

Maryland Terrapins vs. Duke Blue Devils: Fresh off their upset of #1 see Syracuse, the Terrapins men's lax team looks to upend the #5 seed Duke Blue Devils and advance to the championship game Monday at M&T Bank Stadium. It's Maryland vs. Duke, sparks are sure to fly. (6:30 P.M., ESPN2, ESPN3.com)

Virginia Cavaliers vs. Denver Pioneers: The other semifinal matchup pits #7 seed UVA against the first team to make the lacrosse finals from west of the Mississippi River, #6 seed Denver. Winner gets Terps/Blue Devils for the whole ball of wax Monday. (4:00 P.M., ESPN2, ESPN3.com)

Champions League Final

Manchester United vs. Barcelona: Two of the most storied clubs in European soccer meet at Wembley Stadium in a rematch of the 2009 Champions League Final, won by Barcelona 2-0. Barcelona has scored 27 goals in 12 matches leading up to the championship game, while on the flipside Manchester United has only given up four goals in 12 games (that's absurd). As clichéd sports announcers (and goofy bloggers like me) might say, something has to give. (2:45 P.M., FOX).
