Still recovering from that wild USA/Mexico Gold Cup Final? Then why not sit back and watch the Nationals try to get back to their winning ways in Chicago. Or, perhaps, flip over to the Reds and Orioles, an interleague series that has been chock full of offense so far this weekend...
↵Washington Nationals vs. Chicago White Sox: Washington's bats were shut down by first-time reliever Jake Peavy on Saturday, and now the Nats bats look to rebound in this rubber game of the three game set with Chicago. Livan Hernandez (4-8, 3.97 ERA)takes the mound for Washington, looking for his first road win of the season. Hernandez is an abysmal 0-6 with a 5.66 ERA in eight roads starts this year. ↵Cincinnati Reds vs. Baltimore Orioles: Baltimore starter Jeremy Guthrie and Cincinnati hurler Homer Bailey are in for a rough day if the Orioles and Reds bats stay as hot as they have been at Camden Yards in the first two games of this series. The Reds homered five times on Saturday, with Joey Votto blasting two bombs and driving in five runs. The Orioles had four batters go deep, including Nick Markakis, who extended his hitting streak to 15 games, and is hitting .391 during that run. (MASN2, 1:35 P.M.)
