NFL Supplemental Draft Results: Terrelle Pryor Selected By Oakland Raiders

It's official: the Washington Redskins will not try to solve their quarterback woes with Terrelle Pryor. The Ohio State product has been selected by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the NFL Supplemental Draft on Monday, where he will join former Redskins quarterback Jason Campbell. The Raiders will now forfeit their third-round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

That the Redskins ultimately did not take Pryor is not a surprise. Prior to the draft, a report by Mike Jones of the Washington Post suggested that the Redskins were "unlikely" to select Pryor at any point, though NFL Network's Albert Breer did float the Redskins as a possibility.

The Redskins did attend Pryor's workout on Friday, prior to the Supplemental Draft, but so did 17 other teams, including many who were set at quarterback. As it turns out, the Redskins were simply doing their due diligence like everyone else was doing.
