TV Sports Schedule, August 25th: Redskins Vs. Ravens Diamondbacks Vs. Nationals

If you didn't have any plans for tonight before you started reading this sentence, now you do. Here are the best sports on television tonight, and where and when you can watch them. All times Eastern. Follow the links to learn more about each of the teams listed below. Let's get right into it.

NFL Football:

Redskins Vs. Ravens, 8, ESPN: The Battle of the Beltway, or whatever you want to call it, should just be a pretty good football game. The third preseason game of the year, which means that we should see the starters into the third quarter. The exception, of course, will be the quarterbacks who will rotate with the first unit. I think it's safe to say that whoever wins the night between John Beck and Rex Grossman will be the starting quarterback for Week 1.

MLB Baseball:

Diamondbacks Vs. Nationals, 7, MASN: After going just about two full games without scoring a single run, the Nats put two up on the board with two outs in the bottom of the ninth on Wednesday thanks to back-to-back home runs by Laynce Nix and Jonny Gomes. Maybe they can carry some of that momentum into tonight's contest, where they will be facing a rookie pitcher in Wade Miley who has an ERA over 11 in his lone major league start. That could either work out in the Nats' favor, but they could also get in a little trouble against a pitcher they don't have a lot of film on.
