The Big East has released Georgetown's full schedule for the upcoming season, and there are a number of games that should be really interesting. You can check out the whole schedule at GU Hoyas, or get some fan reaction from our blog Casual Hoya. But let's check out some of the more interesting dates.
The earliest is the Maui Invitational where they will face perennial power house Kansas. With how good the Jayhawks are expected to be, this could end up being one of the Hoyas most important non-conference games. It will be on Nov. 21. The only two other non-conference games that could pose some problems for the Hoyas are at Alabama on Dec. 1 and home to Memphis on Dec. 22.
The Big East schedule is as imposing and daunting as you would expect from a conference with so much depth It's impossible to pick out a few games of interest because they will all be good games, and any one of those teams could wind up being elite.
