Week 1 NFL Scores And Results: Philadelphia Eagles Roll Over St. Louis Rams

It was an easy beginning for the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1 of the NFL season. The Eagles pulled away from the St. Louis Rams to win, 31-13, in a road contest. Running back LeSean McCoy rushed for over 100 yards and had two touchdowns to lead the Eagles, while Michael Vick threw for two touchdowns and rushed for just under 100 yards.
