The NFL Season is just three weeks old, but September has already come to a close so that means it's time for the League to hand out some monthly awards. The one that is relevant to Redskins fans is NFL Rookie of The Month, which was taken home by outside linebacker Ryan Kerrigan.

This is a pretty big honor for Kerrigan. A lot of this has to come from that touchdown he had in Week 1 vs. the Giants, but he has been very solid all year. Congratulations, Ryan.
