The George Washington Colonials are coming off a loss to La Salle and are trying to avoid another losing streak as they take on the Fordham Rams. At halftime however, George Washington trails Fordham 31-24 trailing the entire first half. Both team's offenses started out slowly, struggling to break double digits through nearly the first ten minutes of play. The offenses got going however and Fordham was able to jump out to an early lead and hold it up until halftime thanks to 12 points from Branden Frazier and another 10 points by Kervin Bristol.
For the Colonials, Dwayne Smith was able to pick up seven points in the first half while Nemanja Mikic added another six points, including three rebounds and three assists. Currently however, George Washington isn't getting much help from their bench with zero points. The Colonials are also being out rebounded at the half 20-8.
