Cornell Vs. Maryland Score Update: Terrapins Race Out To 15 Point Halftime Lead

As the non-conference portion of the schedule comes to a close, the Maryland Terrapins are looking for win to build momentum before entering the grind of ACC play. After one half at the Comcast Center, the Terps have a 15 point lead over Cornell on some streaky shooting from the floor. Maryland shot better than 60% from the floor in the first half, as they jumped on the Big Red early to take a 15-0 lead.

Senior leader Sean Mosley lead all scorers with 11 points, hitting two of two from behind the arc. Leading scorer Terrell Stoglin added nine points, but also dished out four assists as Mark Turgeon's club spread the wealth in the first half. Cornell is a team that relies on the three pointer, but has hit just four of 19 so far as they struggle to get any offensive momentum going.
