The Washington Nationals announced the club's 2013 Spring Training schedule on Friday afternoon, which will feature 15 home games at Space Coast Stadium in Viera, Fla.

The team will begin play on Feb. 23 when they travel to Port St. Lucie, Fla., to challenge the New York Mets and will follow it up the next day with a game against the Miami Marlins at Space Coast Stadium. The club will then return to St. Lucie to take on the Mets again, prior to heading to Orlando for a game against the Atlanta Braves.

After consecutive home games against the Marlins and Mets, the team will close out the week with another game against the Braves in addition to back-to-back meetings with the St. Louis Cardinals.

The rest of the Nationals Spring Training schedule will include games against the Detroit Tigers, Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies.
