2012 FCS playoff schedule: Old Dominion hosts Coastal Carolina

The Old Dominion Monarchs will put their high-powered offense on display on Saturday against Coastal Carolina.

Kirby Lee-US PRESSWIRE

Following a first-round bye, the Old Dominion Monarchs will host the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers in Round 2 of the FCS playoffs. Old Dominion suffered only one loss all season, which came on Oct. 13 against Villanova. That game was the only time all season that the Monarchs failed to score at least 30 points. Overall, they averaged 44.5 points per game, which ties them with Sam Houston State for best in the FCS. The Chanticleers, meanwhile, have overcome a rocky 2-4 start, winning their last six games in a row.
