The ACC kept two teams in the top 15 of the BCS standings, with Florida State and Clemson barely moving from Week 10 to Week 11.

Falling a spot from three to four was Notre Dame, who escaped a game with Pitt with a win in triple overtime, their second OT win of the season. Alabama held off LSU with a last-minute touchdown drive, holding on to the No. 1 spot while LSU dropped from No. 5 to No. 7, and Kansas State stayed in the No. 2 spot with their win over Oklahoma State, who fell out of the standings. Georgia replaced LSU in the top five after beating Ole Miss.

The Seminoles were off in Week 10, but dropped a spot to No. 10. thanks to a convincing win by Louisville. Clemson held tight at No. 13 after trouncing Duke 56-20.
