Bradley vs. Virginia Tech score update: Hokies come back to beat Braves in overtime

The Virginia Tech Hokies mounted an impressive comeback to beat the Bradley Braves in overtime.

The Virginia Tech Hokies overcame a 10-point halftime deficit, storming back against the Bradley Braves for a 66-65 overtime victory in the Las Vegas Classic.

The Hokies struggled in the first half, only scoring 25 points while committing 16 turnovers. The defense turned up the pressure in the second half, only allowing 20 points.

Erick Green led all scorers with 31 points, shooting 11-20 from the floor and 7-11 from the free-throw line. Green also grabbed eight rebounds and dished out two assists, but committed five turnovers. Cadarian Raines had 16 points and nine rebounds, including five on the offensive glass. Jarell Eddie scored 12 points for Virginia Tech, but went 2-8 from the three-point line. The Hokies bench struggled, only combining to score five points.

Dyricus Simms-Edwards led Bradley with 15 points, shooting 4-11 from the field while grabbing seven rebounds. Tyshon Pickett and Jordan Prosser were the only other Braves in double figures, each chipping in ten points.
