Rivals 250: Good Counsel's Kendall Fuller Top-Ranked Among Local Football Players

Good Counsel defensive back Kendall Fuller leads the local contingent in the 2013 Rivals 250.

Kendall Fuller, a five-star defensive back from Olney, MD's Our Lady of Good Counsel, is one of Rivals' top-five prospects on its list of 250 for the recruiting class of 2013, released Thursday. According to his Rivals profile page, Fuller (6-foot, 185 pounds) has already gotten offers from many top college football programs, including his hometown Maryland Terrapins.

The amount of attention on Fuller next year could surpass the amount focused on his schoolmate, five-star wide receiver prospect Stefon Diggs, of the recruiting class of 2012. Diggs will announce his decision Friday at 6 p.m. on where he will play football next fall. The front-runners are Maryland and the Ohio St. Buckeyes.

Also on the list from Good Counsel, is four-star linebacker Dorian O'Daniel, who's ranked No. 37 overall.

No. 47 on the list is Stone Bridge High School (Ashburn, VA) four-star quarterback Ryan Burns. Burns' teammate, four-star defensive end Jonathan Allen, joins him on the list at No. 100.

Other local kids on the list are:

No. 64, RB Derrick Green (Richmond, VA/Hermitage)
No. 68, LB Doug Randolph (Richmond, VA/Woodberry Forest School)
No. 161, CB Tim Harris (Richmond, VA/Varina)
No. 168, DE Wyatt Teller (Bealeton, VA/Liberty)
