Delaware Vs. Old Dominion Final Score: Monarchs Pull Away For 88-74 Win

The Old Dominion Monarchs led the Delaware Blue Hens by a score of 47-42 at halftime, but were able to put the pedal to the floor in the second half and run away with an 88-74 victory. The Monarchs defense stifled the Blue Hens in the second half, giving up just 32 points. Delaware's biggest offensive threat, Devon Saddler, had a good day however, ending up with 24 points while Jamelle Hagins ended the day with 12 points and 15 rebounds for a double-double.

For the Monarchs, Kent Bazemore ended the day just short of a double-double with 24 points and 9 rebounds on the afternoon while Old Dominion had four other players end up with double-digit points on the day. Donte Hill picked up 15 points, Chris Cooper added 13 points, Nick Wright added 12 points, and Dimitri Batten picked up 10 points off the bench.
