The 2012 CAA tournament continues on Sunday with two semifinal match ups. The first game of the day pits Old Dominion against Drexel at 2:00 p.m. ET in Richmond. Old Dominion made it to the semifinals after defeating Delaware handedly on Saturday afternoon. Drexel also handled UNCW on Saturday, but the Dragons bested Old Dominion in their last match up a week ago by just one point.
In the late game of the day in the semifinal round of the CAA tournament, George Mason will take on VCU tipping off at 4:30 p.m. for the right to face the winner of the early match up in the CAA tournament finals. Mason beat Georgia State on Saturday, but the last time they faced off against VCU to close out the regular season the Rams handled the Patriots with a 12-point victory. The two teams split the season series however, so what a better way to decide the rubber match than the chance at the conference finals.
