The Baylor Bears have punched their ticket to the 2012 NCAA Women's Tournament Finals with their defeat of the Stanford Cardinal 59-47 on Sunday evening. The two teams were close at halftime, as Baylor held just a two-point lead, but Brittney Griner and Terran Condrey led the way for the Bears in the win, both picking up 13 points on the night.
For the Cardinal, they struggled to keep up with the Baylor offense in the second half. Nnemkadi Ogwumike had a great night leading Stanford in scoring with 22 points and 9 rebounds, but outside of Ogwumike's scoring, the team struggled to put points on the board.
