2012 NFL Draft: Andrew Luck Leaves Indianapolis To Meet With Washington

The Washington redskins have the No. 2 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, and the widely regarded opinion is that they will select Baylor quarterback and Heisman quarterback Robert Griffin III. The Colts have the top pick and are expected to pick Andrew Luck, but that doesn't mean that the Redskins won't do their homework on the former Stanford quarterback. According to Adam Schefter, Luck will be on his way to Washington on Tuesday to met with the Redskins.

While everyone who has ever had an opinion about the draft expects the Colts to go with Andrew Luck, the gap between him and Griffin III isn't enormous and the Colts could surprise everybody and pick RG3. So the Redskins need to do some homework on Luck just in case he is in Washington as a Redskins later this Summer. But we still shouldn't expect it to happen.
