2012 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament: Quarterfinal Brackets, TV Schedule, And More

The second round of the 2012 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament picks up next weekend on Saturday, May 19. A handful of local teams still dot the bracket after the first round of play which took place on May 12-13.

Saturday's games feature three teams from Maryland. Top-seeded Loyola University takes on Denver on Saturday. The Greyhounds trounced Canisius College by a final score of 17-5 in the opening round.

The University of Maryland takes on Johns Hopkins University, the second seed, in Saturday's other game. The Terps narrowly beat Lehigh by a score of 10-9 in the first round. The Blue Jays flew past Stony Brook University by a score of 19-9.

Fifth seed University of Virginia beat Princeton in the first round. The Cavaliers take on fourth-seeded Notre Dame on Sunday.
