British Open 2012 Leaderboard: Tiger Woods Stumbles Through Final Round, Adam Scott Still In Control

Sunday is proving to be a very rough day for golfers in the 2012 British Open, as many of the contenders have struggled through the final 18 holes.

Tiger Woods has had some serious troubles, as he has fallen out of contention after posting a round of four-over through 16 holes. His round was sunk with a triple bogey on hole six. He has also bogeyed his last three holes.

Leader Adam Scott still has a firm grasp on the top spot on the leaderboard at nine-under, despite shooting two-over on the day. His only competition for the top spot is Ernie Els, who is three strokes behind with just one hole remaining in his round. Els is the only golfer near the top who is not struggling, shooting one-under on the day.
