Williams, who hadn't played football since last December after being suspended the final four games of the 2011 season for failing multiple drug tests, injured his left foot in the Redskins preseason opener against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday night.
Anthony Armstrong injured the AC joint in his shoulder last Thursday in practice while Jarvis Jenkins is still working his way back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee suffered in the Redskins third preseason game of the 2011 season.
