Golf returns on Thursday when the 2012 PGA Championship gets underway on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island in South Carolina. This is the last major golf tournament of the year, and promises to provide at least as much excitement as this season's other major tournaments.
Keegan Bradley is the defending champion, and enters the weekend riding a hot hand. Bradley held off Jim Furyk to win the AGC-Bridgestone tournament in Ohio. This time around, he will have to hold off Tiger Woods, who enters the weekend as the favorite of odds makers to win. The two players are grouped together for the first round of play on Thursday.
Play starts at 7:20 a.m. Eastern on Thursday when the first group tees off. Bradley, Woods and Martin Kaymer tee off at 8:30 a.m.
The TNT Network will carry first round action from 1-7 p.m. ET on Thursday. You can also watch online via PGA.com.
