Adam Carriker Injury: London Fletcher Says Lineman Will Be 'Done, I Guess, For The Rest Of The Year'

The Washington Redskins will reportedly be without defensive end Adam Carriker for the rest of the season according to teammate London Fletcher.

Greg Paulsen of 106.7 THE FAN tweeted a quote from Fletcher saying, "He's going to be done, I guess, for the rest of the year. We'll miss him," in reference to Carriker.

Carriker was injured early in the first quarter of the Redskins' 31-28 loss to the St. Louis Rams. On the second play from scrimmage, Carriker's knee was rolled on and he left the game immediately, spending the rest of the game watching from the sideline on crutches.

Washington head coach Mike Shanahan, who was not optimistic about the injury after the game, will adress the media and provide more official word on the injury at 3 p.m.
