After going 2-for-4 in the Washington Nationals' 3-1 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers in the first game of Wednesday's old-fashioned doubleheader, Danny Espinosa has been held out of the nightcap by manager Davey Johnson. The only other lineup change Johnson's made is at catcher, where Jesus Flores replaces Kurt Suzuki.
