The Washington Redskins LT Trent Williams missed Wednesday's practice due to a bone bruise he suffered on his right knee during last Sunday's 38-31 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. The Redskins did see wide receiver Pierre Garcon as a limited participant in practice Wednesday. Garcon injured his foot in the Redskins' Week 1 victory over the New Orleans Saints and did not play in either of their last two games. His status for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is unknown.
Pierre Garcon: "I'm getting better. I can't say if I will be able to go on Sunday or not. We're still processing it out to see." #Redskins

Also missing practice on Wednesday for the Redskins was cornerback Cedric Griffin, who injured his hamstring during the Bengals game. Safety Brandon Meriweather was able to practice on a limited basis; he has been unavailable for all three regular season games thus far with a knee injury. Running back Evan Royster was also a limited participant on Wednesday with a knee injury.
