The Washington Nationals lost on Sunday 8-0 to the visiting Miami Marlins, but it appears the defeat did not put a damper on the annual baseball tradition of dressing rookies up in, how do we put it, oddly-fitting outfits. Last year, Nationals rookies were dressed as Smurfs for a late season road trip. Well, this year the rookie fashion hazing took a patriotic turn, as the Washington newbies donned the apparel of the gold medal-winning U.S. Women's Gymnastics team.
