The San Francisco 49ers fell to the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII.

In one of the most epic championship games in recent memory, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed and the Ravens went on to bring a second Lombardi Trophy back to Baltimore. It was a monumental moment for the franchise, including all of the individuals who had a hand in this triumphant feat.

With this win, the Ravens now hold the last pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. And after finishing with silver, the 49ers will select at 31st overall, which isn't quite last but it's at the back end of the draft.
