When it comes to the Super Bowl, It seemed to be a mediocre year for ads overall. More often than not, there is an occasional gut-buster that you remember after the big game.
With a power outage taking place on Super Bowl Sunday between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens, there was plenty of time to run this year's ads.
On the other hand, Samsung did manage to hire comedic actors Paul Rudd and Seth Rogen to promote their Galaxy model phone. The clip was just to two of them being goofy during a preproduction meeting about what they can and can't say due to trademark laws.
The NFL is known to be one of the more notorious sticklers when it comes to that, so this was a humorous take on the matter. I find that it's the funnier commercials fans wind up remembering. Hopefully these two familiar faces struck a cord with the Super Bowl audience.
