The quarterfinals of the Colonial Athletic Association tournament are in the books. Saturday saw three games played and six of seven teams in action. The No. 1 Northeastern Huskies were the only team to not play on Saturday as they were the only team to receive a bye, thanks to postseason bans to Towson, UNC Wilmington, Old Dominion and Georgia State.

No. 2 Delaware Blue Hens took on No. 7 Hofstra Pride in the first game of the tournament, and they were able to seal the win. Hofstra threatened in the first half, but Devon Saddler put up 14 points in the second half to hold them off. Saddler finished with 22 points overall, leading all scorers for the game.

Jarvis Threatt finished with 15 points, and Jamelle Hagins recorded a double-double with 12 points and 15 rebounds for the Blue Hens. They'll advance to the semifinals for the first time since 2003. They'll take on James Madison on Sunday.

The. No. 3 James Madison Dukes managed to secure their berth with an exciting win over the No. 6 William & Mary Tribe. They rallied hard to push past William & Mary in the second half, overcoming 25 points from William & Mary's Marcus Thornton. In the end, they took home a 72-67 victory.

In the other game of the day, the No. 4 George Mason Patriots held off the No. 5 Drexel Dragons en route to a 60-54 victory. George Mason hit four free throws in the final 15 seconds of play to push them over the top. That was the story of this one, as Mason managed to hit 20 of 22 free throws, with 17 of 19 coming in the second half. They advance to take on the top-seeded Northeastern.

The game between Northeastern and George Mason will be on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET, while Delaware will take on James Madison at 4:30 p.m.
