D.C. United (1-2-2) travels to Foxborough, Massachusetts on Saturday to take on their Eastern Conference rival the New England Revolution (2-3-0) in the teams' first meeting this season. The Revolution are coming off a late 1-0 loss at FC Dallas, which ended their two-game winning streak. United is now unbeaten in their last three games after a scoreless draw last week at RFK Stadium with Seattle Sounders FC.
New England is in a three-way tie for third place in the Eastern Conference, amassing six points through five games. D.C. is in sixth place in the conference with five points in five games.
United last won in Foxborough on August. 5, 2007, a 3-0 victory. New England is unbeaten in their last five home games against DCU, including wins in the last four matches.
