D.C. United veteran midfielder Dwayne De Rosario was named to the 2012 MLS All-Star squad last week. On Monday, De Rosario revealed that he has also been named team captain of Ben Olsen's All-Star squad.
De Rosario tweeted the news on Monday afternoon. From his official Twitter feed:

This is the seventh All-Star selection in De Rosario's 11-year MLS career. He will be joined by United teammate Chris Pontius on this year's All-Star squad.
The 2012 MLS All-Star Game takes place on Wednesday, July 25, in Chester, PA. They will take on Chelsea F.C.
