Toronto FC captain and native Canadian Dwayne De Rosario has been dominant at RFK Stadium in recent years. He scored two goals in the 3-3 tie between the two teams last year. He scored the winning goal at MLS Cup 2007 for the Houston Dynamo. And now he has scored the tying goal tonight.
The goal wasn't without controversy. De Rosario apparently came from an offside position to head the ball off a Nick LaBrocca free kick. De Rosario beat United rookie Jordan Graye on the play.
