Some Good News For D.C. United's Stadium Issue

Council Member Tommy Wells of Ward 6 has suggested moving the D.C. jail from D Street in Southeast (near RFK Stadium) to Buzzard Point in Southwest, then building a new soccer stadium in place of the jail.
