NCAA Bracket Update: George Mason To Face Ohio State On Sunday

It's now official: George Mason University will face No. 1 seed Ohio State University on Sunday in the third (but really, second) round of the 2011 NCAA Tournament. The Buckeyes routed No. 16 seed Texas-San Antonio, 75-46, a few hours after George Mason's comeback 61-57 win over No. 9 seed Villanova.

The Ohio State was never really a game past the 15-minute mark, and the whole second half was mostly garbage time. This is to be expected, since Ohio State is the overall No. 1 seed. I'm guessing Jim Larranaga has other game tape he will use to scout the Buckeyes.

The game will take place on Sunday, with a specific time to be determined later Friday night. Here is the complete East Region of the NCAA Bracket.
