Delaware Vs. George Mason: Patriots Improve To 6-1 In Colonial Play, 89-63

The George Mason Patriots picked up their second conference win in a row in an 89-63 victory over the Delaware Blue Hens on Wednesday night. George Mason wasted no time jumping out to a lead and building on it, taking a 46-31 lead into halftime. The second half showed more of the same, as George Mason continued to sink shots and increase their lead over the Blue Hens.

Forward Ryan Pearson led the way for George Mason, sinking 24 points and picking up 10 rebounds. Pearson also added four steals and two blocks in the game. Mike Morrison also added another 17 points, seven rebounds, and three blocks while Byron Allen put down 12 points in the game. For the Blue Hens, outside of guard Devon Sadler and his 21 points it was a struggled for Delaware to score buckets.

With the victory, George Mason improves to 6-1 in the Colonial division.
