George Washington Vs. Kansas State Meet For First Time Since 1940: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

So far, so good for Mike Lonergan in his first year as head coach of the George Washington Colonials. GW has won its past three games to start the 2011-2012 season 4-1. The Colonials went undefeated during their three-game round robin at the Progressive CBE Classic in Bowling Green lats week. On Thursday night, Longergan's squad faces its toughest test of the young season when they travel to Manhattan, Kansas to play the undefeated Kansas State Wildcats (3-0). The two schools are meeting for the first time in over 70 years. They last played in 1940 when GW defeated the Wildcats, 48-25, in Washington D.C.
