George Washington Vs. Richmond: Colonials Improve To 2-2 In A10 Play, 83-65

The George Washington Colonials entered the night on a two game losing streak hosting the Richmond Spiders. George Washington was looking to avoid another stretch run of losses, but in the conference this time, and started out well. The Colonials lead 33-27 at halftime, but in the second half really put the pedal down to pour the points on Richmond.

The Colonials wound up scoring 50 points in the second half, thanks to great games by Lasan Kromah and Tony Taylor who carried George Washington to the win. Kromah ended the night with 25 points and six rebounds, but also added four steals. Taylor added 21 points on the night to go with his five assists. The Spiders got nice nights out of Darien Brothers and Kendall Anthony, who scored 17 and 15 points respectively, but as a team Richmond shot just 3 of 15 from three-point range.

With the win, the Colonials improve to 2-2 in A10 play.
