PHOTO: Jason Clark Really Was Out Of Bounds On That Last Play

After St. John's got the lead late last night on that put-back, Georgetown got the ball back with an opportunity for a game winning shot. Austin Freeman was off the mark, and the ball bounced around a little bit before landing in the hands of Jason Clark. Clark was called out of bounds, St. Johns got the ball back, and the rest as they say, is history. But was Clark really out of bounds? Let's check the evidence

Clark's foot is kind of obscured by the shoulder of that St. Johns player, but it certainly looks like it is out of bounds. And even before that, Clark was standing out of bounds, jumped back in, and grabbed the ball before he was able to re-establish himself inbounds. There were a lot of things that cost Georgetown the game, but this call wasn't one of them.
