2011 Elite 8 Schedule And Announcers For Sunday's Action

Today is the day we will find out who will join Butler and Connecticut in the Final Four in Houston. Here's a look at today's slate of games:

Virginia Commonwealth Rams vs. Kansas Jayhawks, Elite Eight Matchup, 2:20 on CBS (Marv Albert and Steve Kerr): The last local team left, VCU, will take on the last number one seed left in the tournament in Kansas. Shaka Smart will have to bring everything he has to defeat the Jayhawks, who have looked dominant all tournament. This will be by far the most difficult opponent the Rams have faced in the tournament, with many comparing this matchup to George Mason going up against Connecticut back in 2006. Let's hope for the same result as that game.

Kentucky Wildcats vs. North Carolina Tarheels, Elite Eight Matchup, 5:05 on CBS (Jim Nantz and Clark Kellogg): Fresh off their thrilling last second victory over Ohio State, Kentucky will take on a UNC team that is coming off of a dominating performance against Marquette. Will Brandon Knight have more heroics up his sleeve against Tyler Zeller, Kendall Marshall and company? We will see, as this looks like it could be a tight game throughout.
